Schweiz Pass from Sverige: travel-document crop only
Scope lock: this URL is for Schweiz Pass travel-document photos only — licence and national-ID copy live on their own pages.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Sverige, a Schweiz Pass must still meet Schweiz photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Schweiz Pass as a Schweiz travel / passport photo (35 × 45 mm, Ljusgrå). Driving-licence and national-ID wording is not pasted here.
Cross-border passport work: your UI market is Sverige, but the photo law is Schweiz for Schweiz Pass. Local booth habits do not travel.
German-speaking passport standards commonly use 35 × 45 mm with a light background. Schweiz Pass on this page instead targets 35 × 45 mm and Ljusgrå — do not assume an EU booth print is interchangeable.
Home-market tip: Sverige passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Schweiz Pass instead demands 35 × 45 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Sverige: unfiltered selfie → lock Schweiz Pass → upload → use the export for Schweiz passport portals or embassy packets — never a recycled licence file.
Why Sverige booth prints fail Schweiz passport checks
A 35 × 45 mm Sverige print is not a legal 35 × 45 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.
Cream or grey Sverige studio paper can also fail when Schweiz Pass requires Ljusgrå.
Embassy / online passport filing from Sverige
Submit the newest Schweiz Pass export — not last year’s holiday portrait — whether you file online or attend a Schweiz mission serving Sverige.
Compress for portal KB limits only after the biometric passport crop is set.
Do not switch away from Schweiz Pass
Market chrome may say Sverige, but the selector must stay on this passport product. Changing to a local licence silently changes millimetres.
Schweiz passport photo — what people search
This page is scoped to Schweiz Pass only: 35 × 45 mm on a Ljusgrå background. Licence or national-ID crops belong on their own document pages.
Queries such as “Schweiz passport photo size” and “biometric passport photo” should land here — not on a driving-licence tool with a coincidentally similar millimetre size.
35×45 biometric (passport only)
“35x45 passport photo” searches belong on Schweiz Pass (35 × 45 mm, Ljusgrå) — not on the licence page.
Schweiz passport note
Swiss passport photos commonly use 35 × 45 mm-class framing when that matches 35 × 45 mm; this page still binds Schweiz Pass.
