Suisse Passeport from Belgique: travel-document crop only
Scope lock: this URL is for Suisse Passeport travel-document photos only — licence and national-ID copy live on their own pages.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Belgique, a Suisse Passeport must still meet Suisse photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Suisse Passeport as a Suisse travel / passport photo (35 × 45 mm, Gris clair). Driving-licence and national-ID wording is not pasted here.
Cross-border passport work: your UI market is Belgique, but the photo law is Suisse for Suisse Passeport. Local booth habits do not travel.
German-speaking passport standards commonly use 35 × 45 mm with a light background. Suisse Passeport on this page instead targets 35 × 45 mm and Gris clair — do not assume an EU booth print is interchangeable.
Home-market tip: Belgique passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Suisse Passeport instead demands 35 × 45 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Belgique: unfiltered selfie → lock Suisse Passeport → upload → use the export for Suisse passport portals or embassy packets — never a recycled licence file.
Why Belgique booth prints fail Suisse passport checks
A 35 × 45 mm Belgique print is not a legal 35 × 45 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.
Cream or grey Belgique studio paper can also fail when Suisse Passeport requires Gris clair.
Embassy / online passport filing from Belgique
Submit the newest Suisse Passeport export — not last year’s holiday portrait — whether you file online or attend a Suisse mission serving Belgique.
Compress for portal KB limits only after the biometric passport crop is set.
Do not switch away from Suisse Passeport
Market chrome may say Belgique, but the selector must stay on this passport product. Changing to a local licence silently changes millimetres.
Suisse passport photo — what people search
This page is scoped to Suisse Passeport only: 35 × 45 mm on a Gris clair background. Licence or national-ID crops belong on their own document pages.
Queries such as “Suisse passport photo size” and “biometric passport photo” should land here — not on a driving-licence tool with a coincidentally similar millimetre size.
35×45 biometric (passport only)
“35x45 passport photo” searches belong on Suisse Passeport (35 × 45 mm, Gris clair) — not on the licence page.
Suisse passport note
Swiss passport photos commonly use 35 × 45 mm-class framing when that matches 35 × 45 mm; this page still binds Suisse Passeport.
