India Passaporto from Svizzera: travel-document crop only
Scope lock: this URL is for India Passaporto travel-document photos only — licence and national-ID copy live on their own pages.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Svizzera, a India Passaporto must still meet India photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to India Passaporto as a India travel / passport photo (35 × 35 mm, Bianco). Driving-licence and national-ID wording is not pasted here.
Cross-border passport work: your UI market is Svizzera, but the photo law is India for India Passaporto. Local booth habits do not travel.
Official framing for India Passaporto on FotoPass is 35 × 35 mm with a Bianco background. Treat any other country’s booth print as a different template.
Home-market tip: Svizzera passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. India Passaporto instead demands 35 × 35 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Svizzera: unfiltered selfie → lock India Passaporto → upload → use the export for India passport portals or embassy packets — never a recycled licence file.
Why Svizzera booth prints fail India passport checks
A 35 × 45 mm Svizzera print is not a legal 35 × 35 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.
Cream or grey Svizzera studio paper can also fail when India Passaporto requires Bianco.
Embassy / online passport filing from Svizzera
Submit the newest India Passaporto export — not last year’s holiday portrait — whether you file online or attend a India mission serving Svizzera.
Compress for portal KB limits only after the biometric passport crop is set.
Do not switch away from India Passaporto
Market chrome may say Svizzera, but the selector must stay on this passport product. Changing to a local licence silently changes millimetres.
India passport photo — what people search
This page is scoped to India Passaporto only: 35 × 35 mm on a Bianco background. Licence or national-ID crops belong on their own document pages.
Queries such as “India passport photo size” and “biometric passport photo” should land here — not on a driving-licence tool with a coincidentally similar millimetre size.
India passport note
Passport Seva style uploads are picky about pixels and background. India Passaporto exports 35 × 35 mm / Bianco — convert HEIC to JPEG before portal upload.
