Intia Passi from Suomi: travel-document crop only
Scope lock: this URL is for Intia Passi travel-document photos only — licence and national-ID copy live on their own pages.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Suomi, a Intia Passi must still meet Intia photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Intia Passi as a Intia travel / passport photo (35 × 35 mm, Valkoinen). Driving-licence and national-ID wording is not pasted here.
Cross-border passport work: your UI market is Suomi, but the photo law is Intia for Intia Passi. Local booth habits do not travel.
Official framing for Intia Passi on FotoPass is 35 × 35 mm with a Valkoinen background. Treat any other country’s booth print as a different template.
Home-market tip: Suomi passport photos are commonly about 36 × 47 mm. Intia Passi instead demands 35 × 35 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Suomi: unfiltered selfie → lock Intia Passi → upload → use the export for Intia passport portals or embassy packets — never a recycled licence file.
Why Suomi booth prints fail Intia passport checks
A 36 × 47 mm Suomi print is not a legal 35 × 35 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.
Cream or grey Suomi studio paper can also fail when Intia Passi requires Valkoinen.
Embassy / online passport filing from Suomi
Submit the newest Intia Passi export — not last year’s holiday portrait — whether you file online or attend a Intia mission serving Suomi.
Compress for portal KB limits only after the biometric passport crop is set.
Do not switch away from Intia Passi
Market chrome may say Suomi, but the selector must stay on this passport product. Changing to a local licence silently changes millimetres.
Intia passport photo — what people search
This page is scoped to Intia Passi only: 35 × 35 mm on a Valkoinen background. Licence or national-ID crops belong on their own document pages.
Queries such as “Intia passport photo size” and “biometric passport photo” should land here — not on a driving-licence tool with a coincidentally similar millimetre size.
Intia passport note
Passport Seva style uploads are picky about pixels and background. Intia Passi exports 35 × 35 mm / Valkoinen — convert HEIC to JPEG before portal upload.
