Why Sverige prints fail Ryssland licence desks
A 35 × 45 mm Sverige travel print does not become a legal 35 × 45 mm licence photo by trimming one edge.
Licence desks also reject glasses glare and outdated likeness more aggressively than some passport counters.
Licence portal notes from Sverige
Upload the newest Ryssland Körkort file for the Ryssland transport authority — keep the selector off passport products.
Apply portal compression only after the licence crop is correct.
