ロシア 運転免許証 from 日本: licence / DMV crop only
Scope lock: ロシア 運転免許証 is a driving-licence / DMV-style product. Passport or green-card essays are not reused on this URL.
Even when your FotoPass market shows 日本, a ロシア 運転免許証 must still meet ロシア photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to ロシア 運転免許証 as a ロシア driving-licence / DMV-style photo (35 × 45 mm, 白). Passport, green-card and visa essays stay on their own URLs.
Cross-border licence work: UI market 日本, photo law ロシア for ロシア 運転免許証. Passport essays are not reused here.
Official framing for ロシア 運転免許証 on FotoPass is 35 × 45 mm with a 白 background. Treat any other country’s booth print as a different template.
Home-market tip: 日本 passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. ロシア 運転免許証 instead demands 35 × 45 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From 日本: selfie → ロシア 運転免許証 selected → upload → send the export to the ロシア licence portal or counter — not a recycled travel JPEG.
Why 日本 prints fail ロシア licence desks
A 35 × 45 mm 日本 travel print does not become a legal 35 × 45 mm licence photo by trimming one edge.
Licence desks also reject glasses glare and outdated likeness more aggressively than some passport counters.
Licence portal notes from 日本
Upload the newest ロシア 運転免許証 file for the ロシア transport authority — keep the selector off passport products.
Apply portal compression only after the licence crop is correct.
Stay on the licence product (ロシア 運転免許証)
Switching to a 日本 passport mid-flow silently changes millimetres. H1 and selector must remain ロシア 運転免許証.
ロシア driving-licence photo searches
Searches for driving licence photo, driver license photo size, and local DMV / transport-authority headshots map to ロシア 運転免許証 (35 × 45 mm, 白).
Do not paste a passport JPEG into a licence application by default — glasses, background and recency rules often differ. Use this licence crop.
