Rusland Rijbewijs from Nederland: licence / DMV crop only
Scope lock: Rusland Rijbewijs is a driving-licence / DMV-style product. Passport or green-card essays are not reused on this URL.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Nederland, a Rusland Rijbewijs must still meet Rusland photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Rusland Rijbewijs as a Rusland driving-licence / DMV-style photo (35 × 45 mm, Wit). Passport, green-card and visa essays stay on their own URLs.
Cross-border licence work: UI market Nederland, photo law Rusland for Rusland Rijbewijs. Passport essays are not reused here.
Official framing for Rusland Rijbewijs on FotoPass is 35 × 45 mm with a Wit background. Treat any other country’s booth print as a different template.
Home-market tip: Nederland passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Rusland Rijbewijs instead demands 35 × 45 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Nederland: selfie → Rusland Rijbewijs selected → upload → send the export to the Rusland licence portal or counter — not a recycled travel JPEG.
Why Nederland prints fail Rusland licence desks
A 35 × 45 mm Nederland travel print does not become a legal 35 × 45 mm licence photo by trimming one edge.
Licence desks also reject glasses glare and outdated likeness more aggressively than some passport counters.
Licence portal notes from Nederland
Upload the newest Rusland Rijbewijs file for the Rusland transport authority — keep the selector off passport products.
Apply portal compression only after the licence crop is correct.
Stay on the licence product (Rusland Rijbewijs)
Switching to a Nederland passport mid-flow silently changes millimetres. H1 and selector must remain Rusland Rijbewijs.
