From Україна: unfiltered selfie → lock Нова Зеландія Паспорт → upload → use the export for Нова Зеландія passport portals or embassy packets — never a recycled licence file.
Why Україна booth prints fail Нова Зеландія passport checks
A 35 × 45 mm Україна print is not a legal 35 × 45 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.
Cream or grey Україна studio paper can also fail when Нова Зеландія Паспорт requires Світло-сірий.
