Новая Зеландия Паспорт from Украина: travel-document crop only
Scope lock: this URL is for Новая Зеландия Паспорт travel-document photos only — licence and national-ID copy live on their own pages.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Украина, a Новая Зеландия Паспорт must still meet Новая Зеландия photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.

Cross-border passport work: your UI market is Украина, but the photo law is Новая Зеландия for Новая Зеландия Паспорт. Local booth habits do not travel.
Official framing for Новая Зеландия Паспорт on FotoPass is 35 × 45 mm with a Светло-серый background. Treat any other country’s booth print as a different template.
Home-market tip: Украина passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Новая Зеландия Паспорт instead demands 35 × 45 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Украина: unfiltered selfie → lock Новая Зеландия Паспорт → upload → use the export for Новая Зеландия passport portals or embassy packets — never a recycled licence file.
Why Украина booth prints fail Новая Зеландия passport checks
A 35 × 45 mm Украина print is not a legal 35 × 45 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.
Cream or grey Украина studio paper can also fail when Новая Зеландия Паспорт requires Светло-серый.
