Германия Водительские права from Россия: licence / DMV crop only
Scope lock: Германия Водительские права is a driving-licence / DMV-style product. Passport or green-card essays are not reused on this URL.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Россия, a Германия Водительские права must still meet Германия photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Германия Водительские права as a Германия driving-licence / DMV-style photo (35 × 45 mm, Белый). Passport, green-card and visa essays stay on their own URLs.
Cross-border licence work: UI market Россия, photo law Германия for Германия Водительские права. Passport essays are not reused here.
German-speaking driving licence standards commonly use 35 × 45 mm with a light background. Германия Водительские права on this page instead targets 35 × 45 mm and Белый — do not assume an EU booth print is interchangeable.
Home-market tip: Россия passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Германия Водительские права instead demands 35 × 45 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Россия: selfie → Германия Водительские права selected → upload → send the export to the Германия licence portal or counter — not a recycled travel JPEG.
Why Россия prints fail Германия licence desks
A 35 × 45 mm Россия travel print does not become a legal 35 × 45 mm licence photo by trimming one edge.
Licence desks also reject glasses glare and outdated likeness more aggressively than some passport counters.
Licence portal notes from Россия
Upload the newest Германия Водительские права file for the Германия transport authority — keep the selector off passport products.
