Australie Passeport from Suisse: travel-document crop only
Scope lock: this URL is for Australie Passeport travel-document photos only — licence and national-ID copy live on their own pages.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Suisse, a Australie Passeport must still meet Australie photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Australie Passeport as a Australie travel / passport photo (35 × 45 mm, Gris clair). Driving-licence and national-ID wording is not pasted here.
Cross-border passport work: your UI market is Suisse, but the photo law is Australie for Australie Passeport. Local booth habits do not travel.
Australian passport guidance centres on 35 × 45 mm. If you selected Australie Passeport, ignore that local default and keep 35 × 45 mm with Gris clair.
Home-market tip: Suisse passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Australie Passeport instead demands 35 × 45 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Suisse: unfiltered selfie → lock Australie Passeport → upload → use the export for Australie passport portals or embassy packets — never a recycled licence file.
Why Suisse booth prints fail Australie passport checks
A 35 × 45 mm Suisse print is not a legal 35 × 45 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.
Cream or grey Suisse studio paper can also fail when Australie Passeport requires Gris clair.
Embassy / online passport filing from Suisse
Submit the newest Australie Passeport export — not last year’s holiday portrait — whether you file online or attend a Australie mission serving Suisse.
Compress for portal KB limits only after the biometric passport crop is set.
Do not switch away from Australie Passeport
Market chrome may say Suisse, but the selector must stay on this passport product. Changing to a local licence silently changes millimetres.
Australie passport photo — what people search
This page is scoped to Australie Passeport only: 35 × 45 mm on a Gris clair background. Licence or national-ID crops belong on their own document pages.
Queries such as “Australie passport photo size” and “biometric passport photo” should land here — not on a driving-licence tool with a coincidentally similar millimetre size.
Australie passport note
Australian Passport Office habits centre on 35 × 45 mm. Australie Passeport on this page is 35 × 45 mm / Gris clair — do not assume a chemist “passport” SKU matches without checking.
