Why Sverige defaults fail Ryssland ID checks
A 35 × 45 mm Sverige print is not automatically a valid 35 × 45 mm ID crop for Ryssland ID / Körkort.
Registries want a plain Ljusgrå field and a current likeness — not a reused travel JPEG.
