Scope lock: Russia ID / Licence is an identity / residence-style document page, kept separate from passport and licence URLs.

Why Canada defaults fail Russia ID checks
A 50 × 70 mm Canada print is not automatically a valid 35 × 45 mm ID crop for Russia ID / Licence.
Registries want a plain Light grey field and a current likeness — not a reused travel JPEG.
