Why Polska defaults fail Rosja ID checks
A 35 × 45 mm Polska print is not automatically a valid 35 × 45 mm ID crop for Rosja Dowód / Prawo jazdy.
Registries want a plain Jasnoszare field and a current likeness — not a reused travel JPEG.
