Irland Pass from Sverige: travel-document crop only
Scope lock: this URL is for Irland Pass travel-document photos only — licence and national-ID copy live on their own pages.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Sverige, a Irland Pass must still meet Irland photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Irland Pass as a Irland travel / passport photo (35 × 45 mm, Ljusgrå). Driving-licence and national-ID wording is not pasted here.
Cross-border passport work: your UI market is Sverige, but the photo law is Irland for Irland Pass. Local booth habits do not travel.
Official framing for Irland Pass on FotoPass is 35 × 45 mm with a Ljusgrå background. Treat any other country’s booth print as a different template.
Home-market tip: Sverige passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Irland Pass instead demands 35 × 45 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Sverige: unfiltered selfie → lock Irland Pass → upload → use the export for Irland passport portals or embassy packets — never a recycled licence file.
Why Sverige booth prints fail Irland passport checks
A 35 × 45 mm Sverige print is not a legal 35 × 45 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.
Cream or grey Sverige studio paper can also fail when Irland Pass requires Ljusgrå.
Embassy / online passport filing from Sverige
Submit the newest Irland Pass export — not last year’s holiday portrait — whether you file online or attend a Irland mission serving Sverige.
Compress for portal KB limits only after the biometric passport crop is set.
Do not switch away from Irland Pass
Market chrome may say Sverige, but the selector must stay on this passport product. Changing to a local licence silently changes millimetres.
Irland passport photo — what people search
This page is scoped to Irland Pass only: 35 × 45 mm on a Ljusgrå background. Licence or national-ID crops belong on their own document pages.
Queries such as “Irland passport photo size” and “biometric passport photo” should land here — not on a driving-licence tool with a coincidentally similar millimetre size.
Irland passport note
Irish passport photos follow their own checklist; Irland Pass exports 35 × 45 mm / Ljusgrå.
Sverige → Irland passport gate
- Form asks for Irland Pass (passport / travel)
- Canvas 35 × 45 mm — not the usual Sverige booth (35 × 45 mm)
- Passport backdrop Ljusgrå
- No stretched local passport JPEG
- Neutral face for border biometrics
- Market Sverige / law Irland
Sverige-based travellers clear Irland Pass checks when every passport line above is true.
