Singapore Passi from Suomi: travel-document crop only
Scope lock: this URL is for Singapore Passi travel-document photos only — licence and national-ID copy live on their own pages.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Suomi, a Singapore Passi must still meet Singapore photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Singapore Passi as a Singapore travel / passport photo (35 × 45 mm, Vaaleanharmaa). Driving-licence and national-ID wording is not pasted here.
Cross-border passport work: your UI market is Suomi, but the photo law is Singapore for Singapore Passi. Local booth habits do not travel.
Official framing for Singapore Passi on FotoPass is 35 × 45 mm with a Vaaleanharmaa background. Treat any other country’s booth print as a different template.
Home-market tip: Suomi passport photos are commonly about 36 × 47 mm. Singapore Passi instead demands 35 × 45 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Suomi: unfiltered selfie → lock Singapore Passi → upload → use the export for Singapore passport portals or embassy packets — never a recycled licence file.
Why Suomi booth prints fail Singapore passport checks
A 36 × 47 mm Suomi print is not a legal 35 × 45 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.
Cream or grey Suomi studio paper can also fail when Singapore Passi requires Vaaleanharmaa.
Embassy / online passport filing from Suomi
Submit the newest Singapore Passi export — not last year’s holiday portrait — whether you file online or attend a Singapore mission serving Suomi.
Compress for portal KB limits only after the biometric passport crop is set.
Do not switch away from Singapore Passi
Market chrome may say Suomi, but the selector must stay on this passport product. Changing to a local licence silently changes millimetres.
Singapore passport photo — what people search
This page is scoped to Singapore Passi only: 35 × 45 mm on a Vaaleanharmaa background. Licence or national-ID crops belong on their own document pages.
Queries such as “Singapore passport photo size” and “biometric passport photo” should land here — not on a driving-licence tool with a coincidentally similar millimetre size.
Singapore passport note
ICA-style Singapore passport rules are strict on background; keep Singapore Passi at 35 × 45 mm.
Suomi → Singapore passport gate
- Form asks for Singapore Passi (passport / travel)
- Canvas 35 × 45 mm — not the usual Suomi booth (36 × 47 mm)
- Passport backdrop Vaaleanharmaa
- No stretched local passport JPEG
- Neutral face for border biometrics
- Market Suomi / law Singapore
Suomi-based travellers clear Singapore Passi checks when every passport line above is true.
