Ukraina ID / Körkort from Sverige: identity-document crop only
Scope lock: Ukraina ID / Körkort is an identity / residence-style document page, kept separate from passport and licence URLs.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Sverige, a Ukraina ID / Körkort must still meet Ukraina photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Ukraina ID / Körkort as a Ukraina identity / residence-style photo (35 × 45 mm, Ljusgrå), kept separate from passport and licence pages.
Cross-border ID work: market Sverige, photo law Ukraina for Ukraina ID / Körkort. Passport and licence copy stay on other URLs.

Why Sverige defaults fail Ukraina ID checks
A 35 × 45 mm Sverige print is not automatically a valid 35 × 45 mm ID crop for Ukraina ID / Körkort.
Registries want a plain Ljusgrå field and a current likeness — not a reused travel JPEG.
