Germania Pașaport from România: travel-document crop only
Scope lock: this URL is for Germania Pașaport travel-document photos only — licence and national-ID copy live on their own pages.
Even when your FotoPass market shows România, a Germania Pașaport must still meet Germania photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Germania Pașaport as a Germania travel / passport photo (35 × 45 mm, Gri deschis). Driving-licence and national-ID wording is not pasted here.
Cross-border passport work: your UI market is România, but the photo law is Germania for Germania Pașaport. Local booth habits do not travel.
German-speaking passport standards commonly use 35 × 45 mm with a light background. Germania Pașaport on this page instead targets 35 × 45 mm and Gri deschis — do not assume an EU booth print is interchangeable.
Home-market tip: România passport photos are commonly about 30 × 40 mm. Germania Pașaport instead demands 35 × 45 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From România: unfiltered selfie → lock Germania Pașaport → upload → use the export for Germania passport portals or embassy packets — never a recycled licence file.
Why România booth prints fail Germania passport checks
A 30 × 40 mm România print is not a legal 35 × 45 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.
Cream or grey România studio paper can also fail when Germania Pașaport requires Gri deschis.
Embassy / online passport filing from România
Submit the newest Germania Pașaport export — not last year’s holiday portrait — whether you file online or attend a Germania mission serving România.
Compress for portal KB limits only after the biometric passport crop is set.
Do not switch away from Germania Pașaport
Market chrome may say România, but the selector must stay on this passport product. Changing to a local licence silently changes millimetres.
Germania passport photo — what people search
This page is scoped to Germania Pașaport only: 35 × 45 mm on a Gri deschis background. Licence or national-ID crops belong on their own document pages.
Queries such as “Germania passport photo size” and “biometric passport photo” should land here — not on a driving-licence tool with a coincidentally similar millimetre size.
35×45 biometric (passport only)
“35x45 passport photo” searches belong on Germania Pașaport (35 × 45 mm, Gri deschis) — not on the licence page.
