Germania Passaporto from Italia: travel-document crop only
Scope lock: this URL is for Germania Passaporto travel-document photos only — licence and national-ID copy live on their own pages.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Italia, a Germania Passaporto must still meet Germania photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Germania Passaporto as a Germania travel / passport photo (35 × 45 mm, Grigio chiaro). Driving-licence and national-ID wording is not pasted here.
Cross-border passport work: your UI market is Italia, but the photo law is Germania for Germania Passaporto. Local booth habits do not travel.
German-speaking passport standards commonly use 35 × 45 mm with a light background. Germania Passaporto on this page instead targets 35 × 45 mm and Grigio chiaro — do not assume an EU booth print is interchangeable.
Home-market tip: Italia passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Germania Passaporto instead demands 35 × 45 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Italia: unfiltered selfie → lock Germania Passaporto → upload → use the export for Germania passport portals or embassy packets — never a recycled licence file.
Why Italia booth prints fail Germania passport checks
A 35 × 45 mm Italia print is not a legal 35 × 45 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.
Cream or grey Italia studio paper can also fail when Germania Passaporto requires Grigio chiaro.
Embassy / online passport filing from Italia
Submit the newest Germania Passaporto export — not last year’s holiday portrait — whether you file online or attend a Germania mission serving Italia.
Compress for portal KB limits only after the biometric passport crop is set.
Do not switch away from Germania Passaporto
Market chrome may say Italia, but the selector must stay on this passport product. Changing to a local licence silently changes millimetres.
Germania passport photo — what people search
This page is scoped to Germania Passaporto only: 35 × 45 mm on a Grigio chiaro background. Licence or national-ID crops belong on their own document pages.
Queries such as “Germania passport photo size” and “biometric passport photo” should land here — not on a driving-licence tool with a coincidentally similar millimetre size.
35×45 biometric (passport only)
“35x45 passport photo” searches belong on Germania Passaporto (35 × 45 mm, Grigio chiaro) — not on the licence page.
