Stati Uniti Passaporto from Italia: travel-document crop only
Scope lock: this URL is for Stati Uniti Passaporto travel-document photos only — licence and national-ID copy live on their own pages.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Italia, a Stati Uniti Passaporto must still meet Stati Uniti photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Stati Uniti Passaporto as a Stati Uniti travel / passport photo (2 × 2 in, Bianco). Driving-licence and national-ID wording is not pasted here.
Cross-border passport work: your UI market is Italia, but the photo law is Stati Uniti for Stati Uniti Passaporto. Local booth habits do not travel.
For most United States passport photos the canonical print is a square 2 × 2 inch frame on a plain white background. Eyes open, mouth closed, and no typical eyeglass glare are recurring rejection themes. This page locks Stati Uniti Passaporto to 2 × 2 in / Bianco.
Home-market tip: Italia passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Stati Uniti Passaporto instead demands 2 × 2 in — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Italia: unfiltered selfie → lock Stati Uniti Passaporto → upload → use the export for Stati Uniti passport portals or embassy packets — never a recycled licence file.
Why Italia booth prints fail Stati Uniti passport checks
A 35 × 45 mm Italia print is not a legal 2 × 2 in passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.
Cream or grey Italia studio paper can also fail when Stati Uniti Passaporto requires Bianco.
Embassy / online passport filing from Italia
Submit the newest Stati Uniti Passaporto export — not last year’s holiday portrait — whether you file online or attend a Stati Uniti mission serving Italia.
Compress for portal KB limits only after the biometric passport crop is set.
Do not switch away from Stati Uniti Passaporto
Market chrome may say Italia, but the selector must stay on this passport product. Changing to a local licence silently changes millimetres.
Stati Uniti passport photo — what people search
This page is scoped to Stati Uniti Passaporto only: 2 × 2 in on a Bianco background. Licence or national-ID crops belong on their own document pages.
Queries such as “Stati Uniti passport photo size” and “biometric passport photo” should land here — not on a driving-licence tool with a coincidentally similar millimetre size.
Green card & USCIS (passport page only)
High-volume green card photo / USCIS 2x2 searches share the 2 × 2 in family with Stati Uniti Passaporto (Bianco background).
Same print size ≠ same filing. Export a fresh file per application. DV lottery photos are a separate product — not this passport tool.
DS-160 vs passport renewal uploads
Both often want 2×2, but portals add different kilobyte caps. Author Stati Uniti Passaporto first, then compress.
Drugstore “passport photo” menus sometimes print the wrong SKU — keep control with this online crop.
