Why New Zealand booth prints fail Philippines passport checks

A 35 × 45 mm New Zealand print is not a legal 35 × 45 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.

Cream or grey New Zealand studio paper can also fail when Philippines Passport requires Light grey.
