Why Nederland booth prints fail Filipijnen passport checks

A 35 × 45 mm Nederland print is not a legal 35 × 45 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.

Cream or grey Nederland studio paper can also fail when Filipijnen Paspoort requires Lichtgrijs.
