哥伦比亚 驾驶证 from 中国: licence / DMV crop only
Scope lock: 哥伦比亚 驾驶证 is a driving-licence / DMV-style product. Passport or green-card essays are not reused on this URL.
Even when your FotoPass market shows 中国, a 哥伦比亚 驾驶证 must still meet 哥伦比亚 photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to 哥伦比亚 驾驶证 as a 哥伦比亚 driving-licence / DMV-style photo (30 × 40 mm, 白色). Passport, green-card and visa essays stay on their own URLs.
Cross-border licence work: UI market 中国, photo law 哥伦比亚 for 哥伦比亚 驾驶证. Passport essays are not reused here.
Official framing for 哥伦比亚 驾驶证 on FotoPass is 30 × 40 mm with a 白色 background. Treat any other country’s booth print as a different template.
Home-market tip: 中国 passport photos are commonly about 33 × 48 mm. 哥伦比亚 驾驶证 instead demands 30 × 40 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From 中国: selfie → 哥伦比亚 驾驶证 selected → upload → send the export to the 哥伦比亚 licence portal or counter — not a recycled travel JPEG.
Why 中国 prints fail 哥伦比亚 licence desks
A 33 × 48 mm 中国 travel print does not become a legal 30 × 40 mm licence photo by trimming one edge.
Licence desks also reject glasses glare and outdated likeness more aggressively than some passport counters.
Licence portal notes from 中国
Upload the newest 哥伦比亚 驾驶证 file for the 哥伦比亚 transport authority — keep the selector off passport products.
Apply portal compression only after the licence crop is correct.
Stay on the licence product (哥伦比亚 驾驶证)
Switching to a 中国 passport mid-flow silently changes millimetres. H1 and selector must remain 哥伦比亚 驾驶证.
