Kolumbia Jogosítvány from Magyarország: licence / DMV crop only
Scope lock: Kolumbia Jogosítvány is a driving-licence / DMV-style product. Passport or green-card essays are not reused on this URL.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Magyarország, a Kolumbia Jogosítvány must still meet Kolumbia photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Kolumbia Jogosítvány as a Kolumbia driving-licence / DMV-style photo (30 × 40 mm, Fehér). Passport, green-card and visa essays stay on their own URLs.
Cross-border licence work: UI market Magyarország, photo law Kolumbia for Kolumbia Jogosítvány. Passport essays are not reused here.
Official framing for Kolumbia Jogosítvány on FotoPass is 30 × 40 mm with a Fehér background. Treat any other country’s booth print as a different template.
Home-market tip: Magyarország passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Kolumbia Jogosítvány instead demands 30 × 40 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Magyarország: selfie → Kolumbia Jogosítvány selected → upload → send the export to the Kolumbia licence portal or counter — not a recycled travel JPEG.
Why Magyarország prints fail Kolumbia licence desks
A 35 × 45 mm Magyarország travel print does not become a legal 30 × 40 mm licence photo by trimming one edge.
Licence desks also reject glasses glare and outdated likeness more aggressively than some passport counters.
Licence portal notes from Magyarország
Upload the newest Kolumbia Jogosítvány file for the Kolumbia transport authority — keep the selector off passport products.
