Why Việt Nam defaults fail Peru ID checks
A 40 × 60 mm Việt Nam print is not automatically a valid 35 × 45 mm ID crop for Peru CMND / Bằng lái.
Registries want a plain Xám nhạt field and a current likeness — not a reused travel JPEG.
