Bỉ Bằng lái xe from Việt Nam: licence / DMV crop only
Scope lock: Bỉ Bằng lái xe is a driving-licence / DMV-style product. Passport or green-card essays are not reused on this URL.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Việt Nam, a Bỉ Bằng lái xe must still meet Bỉ photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.

Why Việt Nam prints fail Bỉ licence desks
A 40 × 60 mm Việt Nam travel print does not become a legal 35 × 45 mm licence photo by trimming one edge.
Licence desks also reject glasses glare and outdated likeness more aggressively than some passport counters.
Licence portal notes from Việt Nam
Upload the newest Bỉ Bằng lái xe file for the Bỉ transport authority — keep the selector off passport products.
Apply portal compression only after the licence crop is correct.
