Rumänien Körkort from Sverige: licence / DMV crop only
Scope lock: Rumänien Körkort is a driving-licence / DMV-style product. Passport or green-card essays are not reused on this URL.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Sverige, a Rumänien Körkort must still meet Rumänien photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Rumänien Körkort as a Rumänien driving-licence / DMV-style photo (35 × 45 mm, Vit). Passport, green-card and visa essays stay on their own URLs.
Cross-border licence work: UI market Sverige, photo law Rumänien for Rumänien Körkort. Passport essays are not reused here.
Official framing for Rumänien Körkort on FotoPass is 35 × 45 mm with a Vit background. Treat any other country’s booth print as a different template.
Home-market tip: Sverige passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Rumänien Körkort instead demands 35 × 45 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Sverige: selfie → Rumänien Körkort selected → upload → send the export to the Rumänien licence portal or counter — not a recycled travel JPEG.
Why Sverige prints fail Rumänien licence desks
A 35 × 45 mm Sverige travel print does not become a legal 35 × 45 mm licence photo by trimming one edge.
Licence desks also reject glasses glare and outdated likeness more aggressively than some passport counters.
Licence portal notes from Sverige
Upload the newest Rumänien Körkort file for the Rumänien transport authority — keep the selector off passport products.
Apply portal compression only after the licence crop is correct.
Stay on the licence product (Rumänien Körkort)
Switching to a Sverige passport mid-flow silently changes millimetres. H1 and selector must remain Rumänien Körkort.
