Why Украина defaults fail Румыния ID checks
A 35 × 45 mm Украина print is not automatically a valid 35 × 45 mm ID crop for Румыния Удостоверение / Права.
Registries want a plain Светло-серый field and a current likeness — not a reused travel JPEG.
