Колумбия Паспорт from Россия: travel-document crop only
Scope lock: this URL is for Колумбия Паспорт travel-document photos only — licence and national-ID copy live on their own pages.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Россия, a Колумбия Паспорт must still meet Колумбия photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Колумбия Паспорт as a Колумбия travel / passport photo (30 × 40 mm, Светло-серый). Driving-licence and national-ID wording is not pasted here.
Cross-border passport work: your UI market is Россия, but the photo law is Колумбия for Колумбия Паспорт. Local booth habits do not travel.
Official framing for Колумбия Паспорт on FotoPass is 30 × 40 mm with a Светло-серый background. Treat any other country’s booth print as a different template.
Home-market tip: Россия passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Колумбия Паспорт instead demands 30 × 40 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Россия: unfiltered selfie → lock Колумбия Паспорт → upload → use the export for Колумбия passport portals or embassy packets — never a recycled licence file.
Why Россия booth prints fail Колумбия passport checks
A 35 × 45 mm Россия print is not a legal 30 × 40 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.
Cream or grey Россия studio paper can also fail when Колумбия Паспорт requires Светло-серый.
Embassy / online passport filing from Россия
Submit the newest Колумбия Паспорт export — not last year’s holiday portrait — whether you file online or attend a Колумбия mission serving Россия.
Compress for portal KB limits only after the biometric passport crop is set.
Do not switch away from Колумбия Паспорт
Market chrome may say Россия, but the selector must stay on this passport product. Changing to a local licence silently changes millimetres.
Колумбия passport photo — what people search
This page is scoped to Колумбия Паспорт only: 30 × 40 mm on a Светло-серый background. Licence or national-ID crops belong on their own document pages.
Queries such as “Колумбия passport photo size” and “biometric passport photo” should land here — not on a driving-licence tool with a coincidentally similar millimetre size.
