Kolumbija Putovnica from Hrvatska: travel-document crop only
Scope lock: this URL is for Kolumbija Putovnica travel-document photos only — licence and national-ID copy live on their own pages.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Hrvatska, a Kolumbija Putovnica must still meet Kolumbija photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Kolumbija Putovnica as a Kolumbija travel / passport photo (30 × 40 mm, Svijetlosiva). Driving-licence and national-ID wording is not pasted here.
Cross-border passport work: your UI market is Hrvatska, but the photo law is Kolumbija for Kolumbija Putovnica. Local booth habits do not travel.
Official framing for Kolumbija Putovnica on FotoPass is 30 × 40 mm with a Svijetlosiva background. Treat any other country’s booth print as a different template.
Home-market tip: Hrvatska passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Kolumbija Putovnica instead demands 30 × 40 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Hrvatska: unfiltered selfie → lock Kolumbija Putovnica → upload → use the export for Kolumbija passport portals or embassy packets — never a recycled licence file.
Why Hrvatska booth prints fail Kolumbija passport checks
A 35 × 45 mm Hrvatska print is not a legal 30 × 40 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.
Cream or grey Hrvatska studio paper can also fail when Kolumbija Putovnica requires Svijetlosiva.
Embassy / online passport filing from Hrvatska
Submit the newest Kolumbija Putovnica export — not last year’s holiday portrait — whether you file online or attend a Kolumbija mission serving Hrvatska.
Compress for portal KB limits only after the biometric passport crop is set.
Do not switch away from Kolumbija Putovnica
Market chrome may say Hrvatska, but the selector must stay on this passport product. Changing to a local licence silently changes millimetres.
