Zuid-Afrika Paspoort from Nederland: travel-document crop only
Scope lock: this URL is for Zuid-Afrika Paspoort travel-document photos only — licence and national-ID copy live on their own pages.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Nederland, a Zuid-Afrika Paspoort must still meet Zuid-Afrika photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Zuid-Afrika Paspoort as a Zuid-Afrika travel / passport photo (35 × 45 mm, Lichtgrijs). Driving-licence and national-ID wording is not pasted here.
Cross-border passport work: your UI market is Nederland, but the photo law is Zuid-Afrika for Zuid-Afrika Paspoort. Local booth habits do not travel.
Official framing for Zuid-Afrika Paspoort on FotoPass is 35 × 45 mm with a Lichtgrijs background. Treat any other country’s booth print as a different template.
Home-market tip: Nederland passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Zuid-Afrika Paspoort instead demands 35 × 45 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Nederland: unfiltered selfie → lock Zuid-Afrika Paspoort → upload → use the export for Zuid-Afrika passport portals or embassy packets — never a recycled licence file.
Why Nederland booth prints fail Zuid-Afrika passport checks
A 35 × 45 mm Nederland print is not a legal 35 × 45 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.
Cream or grey Nederland studio paper can also fail when Zuid-Afrika Paspoort requires Lichtgrijs.
Embassy / online passport filing from Nederland
Submit the newest Zuid-Afrika Paspoort export — not last year’s holiday portrait — whether you file online or attend a Zuid-Afrika mission serving Nederland.
Compress for portal KB limits only after the biometric passport crop is set.
Do not switch away from Zuid-Afrika Paspoort
Market chrome may say Nederland, but the selector must stay on this passport product. Changing to a local licence silently changes millimetres.
Zuid-Afrika passport photo — what people search
This page is scoped to Zuid-Afrika Paspoort only: 35 × 45 mm on a Lichtgrijs background. Licence or national-ID crops belong on their own document pages.
Queries such as “Zuid-Afrika passport photo size” and “biometric passport photo” should land here — not on a driving-licence tool with a coincidentally similar millimetre size.
