Canada Paspoort from Nederland: travel-document crop only
Scope lock: this URL is for Canada Paspoort travel-document photos only — licence and national-ID copy live on their own pages.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Nederland, a Canada Paspoort must still meet Canada photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Canada Paspoort as a Canada travel / passport photo (50 × 70 mm, Wit). Driving-licence and national-ID wording is not pasted here.
Cross-border passport work: your UI market is Nederland, but the photo law is Canada for Canada Paspoort. Local booth habits do not travel.
Canadian passport prints are often 50 × 70 mm. Canada Paspoort here is 50 × 70 mm — a common dual-citizen mistake is uploading the Canadian strip unchanged.
Home-market tip: Nederland passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Canada Paspoort instead demands 50 × 70 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Nederland: unfiltered selfie → lock Canada Paspoort → upload → use the export for Canada passport portals or embassy packets — never a recycled licence file.
Why Nederland booth prints fail Canada passport checks
A 35 × 45 mm Nederland print is not a legal 50 × 70 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.
Cream or grey Nederland studio paper can also fail when Canada Paspoort requires Wit.
Embassy / online passport filing from Nederland
Submit the newest Canada Paspoort export — not last year’s holiday portrait — whether you file online or attend a Canada mission serving Nederland.
Compress for portal KB limits only after the biometric passport crop is set.
Do not switch away from Canada Paspoort
Market chrome may say Nederland, but the selector must stay on this passport product. Changing to a local licence silently changes millimetres.
Canada passport photo — what people search
This page is scoped to Canada Paspoort only: 50 × 70 mm on a Wit background. Licence or national-ID crops belong on their own document pages.
Queries such as “Canada passport photo size” and “biometric passport photo” should land here — not on a driving-licence tool with a coincidentally similar millimetre size.
Canada passport note
IRCC passport prints are commonly 50 × 70 mm. Canada Paspoort here locks 50 × 70 mm — a frequent dual-citizen mix-up with US 2×2.
