Why New Zealand prints fail Vietnam licence desks
A 35 × 45 mm New Zealand travel print does not become a legal 40 × 60 mm licence photo by trimming one edge.
Licence desks also reject glasses glare and outdated likeness more aggressively than some passport counters.
