Why New Zealand prints fail Spain licence desks
A 35 × 45 mm New Zealand travel print does not become a legal 35 × 45 mm licence photo by trimming one edge.
Licence desks also reject glasses glare and outdated likeness more aggressively than some passport counters.
Licence portal notes from New Zealand
Upload the newest Spain Driving licence file for the Spain transport authority — keep the selector off passport products.
