Mexico Passport from New Zealand: travel-document crop only
Scope lock: this URL is for Mexico Passport travel-document photos only — licence and national-ID copy live on their own pages.
Preparing a Mexico Passport from New Zealand? Keep the document selector on this US/foreign standard — local NZ passport guidance is a separate checklist.
This article is scoped to Mexico Passport as a Mexico travel / passport photo (35 × 45 mm, Light grey). Driving-licence and national-ID wording is not pasted here.
Cross-border passport work: your UI market is New Zealand, but the photo law is Mexico for Mexico Passport. Local booth habits do not travel.
Official framing for Mexico Passport on FotoPass is 35 × 45 mm with a Light grey background. Treat any other country’s booth print as a different template.
Home-market tip: New Zealand passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Mexico Passport instead demands 35 × 45 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From New Zealand: unfiltered selfie → lock Mexico Passport → upload → use the export for Mexico passport portals or embassy packets — never a recycled licence file.
Why New Zealand booth prints fail Mexico passport checks
A 35 × 45 mm New Zealand print is not a legal 35 × 45 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.
Cream or grey New Zealand studio paper can also fail when Mexico Passport requires Light grey.
Embassy / online passport filing from New Zealand
Submit the newest Mexico Passport export — not last year’s holiday portrait — whether you file online or attend a Mexico mission serving New Zealand.
Compress for portal KB limits only after the biometric passport crop is set.
Do not switch away from Mexico Passport
Market chrome may say New Zealand, but the selector must stay on this passport product. Changing to a local licence silently changes millimetres.
Mexico passport photo — what people search
This page is scoped to Mexico Passport only: 35 × 45 mm on a Light grey background. Licence or national-ID crops belong on their own document pages.
Queries such as “Mexico passport photo size” and “biometric passport photo” should land here — not on a driving-licence tool with a coincidentally similar millimetre size.
Mexico passport note
Mexican passport booths may default to regional sizes — confirm Mexico Passport stays 35 × 45 mm.
