Home-market tip: New Zealand passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Indonesia Passport instead demands 40 × 60 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.

From New Zealand: unfiltered selfie → lock Indonesia Passport → upload → use the export for Indonesia passport portals or embassy packets — never a recycled licence file.

Why New Zealand booth prints fail Indonesia passport checks

A 35 × 45 mm New Zealand print is not a legal 40 × 60 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.

Cream or grey New Zealand studio paper can also fail when Indonesia Passport requires Light grey.

Embassy / online passport filing from New Zealand

Submit the newest Indonesia Passport export — not last year’s holiday portrait — whether you file online or attend a Indonesia mission serving New Zealand.

Compress for portal KB limits only after the biometric passport crop is set.

Do not switch away from Indonesia Passport

Market chrome may say New Zealand, but the selector must stay on this passport product. Changing to a local licence silently changes millimetres.
