Нідерланди Паспорт from Україна: travel-document crop only
Scope lock: this URL is for Нідерланди Паспорт travel-document photos only — licence and national-ID copy live on their own pages.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Україна, a Нідерланди Паспорт must still meet Нідерланди photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Нідерланди Паспорт as a Нідерланди travel / passport photo (35 × 45 mm, Світло-сірий). Driving-licence and national-ID wording is not pasted here.
Cross-border passport work: your UI market is Україна, but the photo law is Нідерланди for Нідерланди Паспорт. Local booth habits do not travel.
Official framing for Нідерланди Паспорт on FotoPass is 35 × 45 mm with a Світло-сірий background. Treat any other country’s booth print as a different template.

From Україна: unfiltered selfie → lock Нідерланди Паспорт → upload → use the export for Нідерланди passport portals or embassy packets — never a recycled licence file.
Why Україна booth prints fail Нідерланди passport checks
A 35 × 45 mm Україна print is not a legal 35 × 45 mm passport crop. Phone edge-trims break head ratios that border systems measure.
Cream or grey Україна studio paper can also fail when Нідерланди Паспорт requires Світло-сірий.

Do not switch away from Нідерланди Паспорт
Market chrome may say Україна, but the selector must stay on this passport product. Changing to a local licence silently changes millimetres.
