United Kingdom ID photos are usually a 35 × 45 mm portrait with strict head-height bands. That is a different geometry from square US prints — never stretch a UK booth file to fake 35 × 45 mm.
Home-market tip: Украина passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Великобритания Удостоверение / Права instead demands 35 × 45 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.

Why Украина defaults fail Великобритания ID checks
A 35 × 45 mm Украина print is not automatically a valid 35 × 45 mm ID crop for Великобритания Удостоверение / Права.
Registries want a plain Светло-серый field and a current likeness — not a reused travel JPEG.
