Canadian passport prints are often 50 × 70 mm. Канада Удостоверение / Права here is 50 × 70 mm — a common dual-citizen mistake is uploading the Canadian strip unchanged.

Why Украина defaults fail Канада ID checks
A 35 × 45 mm Украина print is not automatically a valid 50 × 70 mm ID crop for Канада Удостоверение / Права.
Registries want a plain Белый field and a current likeness — not a reused travel JPEG.
