Germania Buletin / Permis from România: identity-document crop only
Scope lock: Germania Buletin / Permis is an identity / residence-style document page, kept separate from passport and licence URLs.
Even when your FotoPass market shows România, a Germania Buletin / Permis must still meet Germania photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Germania Buletin / Permis as a Germania identity / residence-style photo (35 × 45 mm, Gri deschis), kept separate from passport and licence pages.
Cross-border ID work: market România, photo law Germania for Germania Buletin / Permis. Passport and licence copy stay on other URLs.
German-speaking ID standards commonly use 35 × 45 mm with a light background. Germania Buletin / Permis on this page instead targets 35 × 45 mm and Gri deschis — do not assume an EU booth print is interchangeable.
Home-market tip: România passport photos are commonly about 30 × 40 mm. Germania Buletin / Permis instead demands 35 × 45 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.

Why România defaults fail Germania ID checks
A 30 × 40 mm România print is not automatically a valid 35 × 45 mm ID crop for Germania Buletin / Permis.
Registries want a plain Gri deschis field and a current likeness — not a reused travel JPEG.
