Why România prints fail Finlanda licence desks
A 30 × 40 mm România travel print does not become a legal 36 × 47 mm licence photo by trimming one edge.
Licence desks also reject glasses glare and outdated likeness more aggressively than some passport counters.
Licence portal notes from România
Upload the newest Finlanda Permis de conducere file for the Finlanda transport authority — keep the selector off passport products.
