Why Nederland defaults fail Nieuw-Zeeland ID checks
A 35 × 45 mm Nederland print is not automatically a valid 35 × 45 mm ID crop for Nieuw-Zeeland ID / Rijbewijs.
Registries want a plain Lichtgrijs field and a current likeness — not a reused travel JPEG.
