Frankrijk Rijbewijs from Nederland: licence / DMV crop only
Scope lock: Frankrijk Rijbewijs is a driving-licence / DMV-style product. Passport or green-card essays are not reused on this URL.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Nederland, a Frankrijk Rijbewijs must still meet Frankrijk photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Frankrijk Rijbewijs as a Frankrijk driving-licence / DMV-style photo (35 × 45 mm, Wit). Passport, green-card and visa essays stay on their own URLs.
Cross-border licence work: UI market Nederland, photo law Frankrijk for Frankrijk Rijbewijs. Passport essays are not reused here.
Official framing for Frankrijk Rijbewijs on FotoPass is 35 × 45 mm with a Wit background. Treat any other country’s booth print as a different template.
Home-market tip: Nederland passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Frankrijk Rijbewijs instead demands 35 × 45 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Nederland: selfie → Frankrijk Rijbewijs selected → upload → send the export to the Frankrijk licence portal or counter — not a recycled travel JPEG.
Why Nederland prints fail Frankrijk licence desks
A 35 × 45 mm Nederland travel print does not become a legal 35 × 45 mm licence photo by trimming one edge.
Licence desks also reject glasses glare and outdated likeness more aggressively than some passport counters.
Licence portal notes from Nederland
Upload the newest Frankrijk Rijbewijs file for the Frankrijk transport authority — keep the selector off passport products.
Apply portal compression only after the licence crop is correct.
Stay on the licence product (Frankrijk Rijbewijs)
Switching to a Nederland passport mid-flow silently changes millimetres. H1 and selector must remain Frankrijk Rijbewijs.
Frankrijk driving-licence photo searches
Searches for driving licence photo, driver license photo size, and local DMV / transport-authority headshots map to Frankrijk Rijbewijs (35 × 45 mm, Wit).
Do not paste a passport JPEG into a licence application by default — glasses, background and recency rules often differ. Use this licence crop.
Frankrijk licence note
French driving-licence photo rules are not the same essay as ANTS passport e-photo. Frankrijk Rijbewijs = 35 × 45 mm / Wit.
