België ID / Rijbewijs from Nederland: identity-document crop only
Scope lock: België ID / Rijbewijs is an identity / residence-style document page, kept separate from passport and licence URLs.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Nederland, a België ID / Rijbewijs must still meet België photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to België ID / Rijbewijs as a België identity / residence-style photo (35 × 45 mm, Lichtgrijs), kept separate from passport and licence pages.
Cross-border ID work: market Nederland, photo law België for België ID / Rijbewijs. Passport and licence copy stay on other URLs.
Official framing for België ID / Rijbewijs on FotoPass is 35 × 45 mm with a Lichtgrijs background. Treat any other country’s booth print as a different template.
Home-market tip: Nederland passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. België ID / Rijbewijs instead demands 35 × 45 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.

Why Nederland defaults fail België ID checks
A 35 × 45 mm Nederland print is not automatically a valid 35 × 45 mm ID crop for België ID / Rijbewijs.
Registries want a plain Lichtgrijs field and a current likeness — not a reused travel JPEG.
