Belarusz Jogosítvány from Magyarország: licence / DMV crop only
Scope lock: Belarusz Jogosítvány is a driving-licence / DMV-style product. Passport or green-card essays are not reused on this URL.
Even when your FotoPass market shows Magyarország, a Belarusz Jogosítvány must still meet Belarusz photo law for that document — local domestic sizes are a different product.
This article is scoped to Belarusz Jogosítvány as a Belarusz driving-licence / DMV-style photo (35 × 45 mm, Fehér). Passport, green-card and visa essays stay on their own URLs.
Cross-border licence work: UI market Magyarország, photo law Belarusz for Belarusz Jogosítvány. Passport essays are not reused here.
Official framing for Belarusz Jogosítvány on FotoPass is 35 × 45 mm with a Fehér background. Treat any other country’s booth print as a different template.
Home-market tip: Magyarország passport photos are commonly about 35 × 45 mm. Belarusz Jogosítvány instead demands 35 × 45 mm — different aspect ratio, not a simple resize.
From Magyarország: selfie → Belarusz Jogosítvány selected → upload → send the export to the Belarusz licence portal or counter — not a recycled travel JPEG.
Why Magyarország prints fail Belarusz licence desks
A 35 × 45 mm Magyarország travel print does not become a legal 35 × 45 mm licence photo by trimming one edge.
Licence desks also reject glasses glare and outdated likeness more aggressively than some passport counters.
Licence portal notes from Magyarország
Upload the newest Belarusz Jogosítvány file for the Belarusz transport authority — keep the selector off passport products.
Apply portal compression only after the licence crop is correct.
Stay on the licence product (Belarusz Jogosítvány)
Switching to a Magyarország passport mid-flow silently changes millimetres. H1 and selector must remain Belarusz Jogosítvány.

Do not paste a passport JPEG into a licence application by default — glasses, background and recency rules often differ. Use this licence crop.
