Why Hrvatska defaults fail Kina ID checks
A 35 × 45 mm Hrvatska print is not automatically a valid 26 × 32 mm ID crop for Kina Osobna / Vozačka.
Registries want a plain Bijela field and a current likeness — not a reused travel JPEG.
