For a Turkish national ID card the photo follows the same biometric standard as passport and licence: 50×60 mm, white background, ICAO face ratio, appearance within the last 6 months.

Same as a passport photo?
Yes — in Türkiye, ID, passport and licence share the same size and background. One correct 50×60 mm biometric frame can usually cover all three (agencies still require “last 6 months”).
Schengen or US visas need different sizes; do not force your ID photo into a visa crop.
Common rejection reasons
