Why Singapore prints fail Slovakia licence desks
A 35 × 45 mm Singapore travel print does not become a legal 35 × 45 mm licence photo by trimming one edge.
Licence desks also reject glasses glare and outdated likeness more aggressively than some passport counters.
Licence portal notes from Singapore
Upload the newest Slovakia Driving licence file for the Slovakia transport authority — keep the selector off passport products.
Apply portal compression only after the licence crop is correct.
