Türkiye biometric photo size 50×60 mm: NVI rules (2026)

In Türkiye, biometric ID photos for passport, national ID and driving licence must be 50 mm × 60 mm. Per NVI guidance the photo needs a plain white, pattern-free, shadow-free background and must show how you look within the last 6 months.

Even if the printed passport page looks smaller, do not cut to 35×45 mm — NVI requires 50×60 mm delivery. Wrong size is one of the most common counter and upload refusals.
