Why United Kingdom prints fail Ukraine licence desks
A 35 × 45 mm United Kingdom travel print does not become a legal 35 × 45 mm licence photo by trimming one edge.
Licence desks also reject glasses glare and outdated likeness more aggressively than some passport counters.
Licence portal notes from United Kingdom
